No ticket number and no automated reply. Text, WhatsApp, email and the form all land in the same place, and the answer comes from me, usually the same day between Monday and Friday. Call if you would rather, though a message gets the quicker reply.

What to put in it
A paragraph is enough. The things that actually help me answer you properly:
- What you are trying to do — the problem, not your solution to it
- Who would be using it, and roughly how many of them
- What it would have to talk to — anything you already have running
- When you need it, and whether that date is real
Anything I am asked to build is paid work, so a rough budget saves us both a conversation.
